Service delivery manager ndash; emergency response fire

NRL are working with a leading private emergency services company who require someone to manage, develop, convert a sales pipeline to support growth of the UK business, managing operations and people. Experience within Fire/Emergency services is a MUST. This role can be remote as it will cover the UK. The purpose of the role is to proactively manage, develop and convert a sales pipeline that supports business growth in deliverable services in relevant locations and at agreed margins for work. To achieve this the role will undertake and support the Operations Director with managing key Site Leads with new and existing clients. This will be achieved by direct engagement through site visits, Teams calls and effective relationship management. (Expected frequency of sites visits will be determined by the number of sites). The role holder will compile KPIs on Site Performance at an agreed frequency. The role holder will utilise business systems to ensure administrative and reporting compliance. This will include understanding and use of systems for QHSE, Service Delivery KPIs, Gap Analysis and Risk Assessments. The role holder will further support business by potential site visits for new standby activity undertaking business development activities where required. To review a FULL JD, please apply.
