HR Officer (Maternity Cover) Location: South Birmingham Salary: Competitive Start Date: July 2024 Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months, term time only plus 2 weeks Twenty4Seven Education are working with a high-performing secondary school in south Birmingham with the recruitment of a HR Officer for a fixed-term maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning, supportive, and driven admin team. Role Overview: The successful candidate will lead on the day-to-day HR service provision, working collaboratively with the HR Manager, HR Assistant, the academy rsquo;s People Business Partner, and Centralised People support service. The role requires a proactive and organized individual with experience in HR and using HR databases. Experience in a similar role within a school environment is desirable.
