Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced HR Director with an education background for a new permanent vacancy. We are working in partnership with an outstanding, Birmingham, West Midlands based school (B13 8DD) to support them with their search. If you are an experienced HR professional, who is either available immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities in the West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 13 years rsquo; worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions, Education Experts provide you with a personal service like no other. This school based; HR Director job is offered on a permanent, full-time basis all year round. Hours of work are typically 36.5 per week over 5 days. A 0.8 FTE contract may also be considered. A start date can be negotiated depending on your personal notice period. Duties will include, but are not limited to: The development and implementation of HR strategies To oversee and line manage the HR team To oversee the payroll, pensions and staff benefits systems Absence management and staff welfare HR compliance Equality, diversity and inclusion strategies Talent acquisition and management In order for your application to be successfully shortlisted we will require the following as a minimum: Level 7 CIPD qualification (or currently working towards). Experience working within an educational setting or multi academy trust head office. Proven experience in a HR leadership role by way of exceptional references. Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements. You will be provided with advice and guidance in relation to your requirements that respect your home and work life balance. You will work solely with your consultant throughout your registration journey and beyond, always having direct access to speak with them on a one-to-one basis.
