The Key Duties of the Senior Sales Consultant Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market. Strategically plan prioritise sales activities. Conduct targeted business-to-business cold calling and manage a mix of lead types. Oversee customer accounts, maximizing fuel volumes and meeting diverse customer needs. Drive and close new business opportunities via the phone. Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. Generate and manage an effective sales pipeline via our CRM system. Develop an awareness of the broader industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth. Any other duties as may be reasonably required. The Key Requirements of the Senior Sales Consultant 2-3 years recent telesales experience. Previous experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Thorough understanding of planning and delivering new business strategies. Highly motivated and goal driven. Exceptional communication skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
