German customer care administrator

European Language Customer Care Administrator ndash; Fluent German / Swiss German Home based (1 day per month in the head office in Cambridgeshire) A fantastic success story, our client is expanding and are looking to recruit Fluent German or Swiss German speakers who enjoy Customer Service, attention to detail and Teamwork. It is a busy environment working with other team members who speak a variety of European languages. The successful Customer Care Administrator will be talking exclusively to their German customers; taking service calls; resolving customer queries from enquiry to order, delivery, and payment - ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached. The successful Customer Services Administrator will need to have a passion for excellent Customer Service. The successful Customer Care Administrator must have the following skills: * Passionate about delivering excellent customer service * Must be fluent in both oral and written English and German or Swiss German * Excellent communication skills with both internal external customers * Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach * Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning This role will be home-based however candidates must be able to travel to the office approximately 1 day per month - the office is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire area. Candidates that wish to relocate may be offered assistance and support. Hours and Days: 37.5 hours per week: on a two week rotation o Week 1: Mon ndash; Fri 11:45 ndash; 20:00 o Week 2: Mon /Tues /Weds Friday 11:45 ndash; 20:00, Thursday OFF, Saturday 08:00 ndash; 16:15 This is an international company which is currently expanding with significant growth in the Swiss and German market.
