Customer service administrator

We #39;re delighted to be working with a long term client of ours in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be office based. Main duties will include: * Speaking with customers on the phone and via email * Adding data to the CRM system * Liaising with events participants * Sending out paperwork * General ad-hoc administration The successful candidate will have: * The want to work within an office role * Good communication skills * IT proficiency * A good telephone manner If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Liam ASAP or apply via the advert!
