Responsibilities: * Oversee the provision of Special Educational Needs (SEN) support across Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4. * Develop and implement individualised education plans tailored to each student #39;s needs. * Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective support strategies are in place. * Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN, making adjustments as necessary to optimise learning outcomes. * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SEN policies and procedures. Requirements: * Qualified teacher status and SENCO qualification. * Proven experience working with students with diverse needs in an educational setting. * Strong understanding of SEN policies and best practices. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to create and implement effective strategies to support student progress.
