Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development. Promote a love for science by showcasing its relevance and importance in the modern world, and encouraging students to pursue further study and careers in STEM fields. Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular links, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives.Qualifications: Relevant university degree in Science or a related field. PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
