Page Personnel is delighted to be working exclusively with a highly reputable business based in Bournemouth who is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their accountancy team on a full time, temporary basis until October this year. This role is perfect for someone with a varied transactional finance background is used to completing a variety of tasks. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and working on a hybrid basis. Client Details Our client has gone through a very exciting period growth and a slight restructure to their finance team. Because of this, they need assistance clearing the backlog and dealing with the volume of work. Description As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for: Preparing monthly bank reconciliations Investigate any unreconciled items Resolving queries Processing payments Actioning refunds Daily banking Allocating incoming cashProfile In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must: Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this Be immediately available Be able to work as part of a team Have great communication skills Be able to adapt and multi-task Be able to commute to the Bournemouth office three times per weekJob Offer The chance to work in a busy accountancy department within the Bournemouth area
