Accounts assistant

CMA is recruiting for a dynamic and fast paced Bournemouth, Dorset based business who are experiencing success and high volumes of work, they require talented accounts professionals to join their established finance team. Joining our client, you will play a crucial role within their accounts payable team, working in a team of three but as part of a larger finance function, you will be processing invoices for the construction element of this business, additionally you will be liaising at all levels within the team to ensure this area of the function runs smoothly. What will the role Accounts Assistant involve? End to end accounts payable invoice processing and resolving all associated queries; Ensuring all invoices are allocated correctly within this multiple entity business; Daily bank entries and reconciliations and completing these efficiently; Assisting in sales ledger, producing reports and ad hoc responsibilities. Subcontractor payment calculations. Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy: You will have experience in end-to-end accounts payable processing and payment runs; This position is ideally suited to an AAT studier as study support is on offer; Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry sectors is highly advantageous; Ideally an ambitious individual looking to progress within accounts. lsquo;A successful candidate should meet all of the criteria above rsquo;.
