M.E.C Mortgages are delighted to be recruiting for a new self employed mortgage broker to join our Brighton based team covering the Southeast and London. We are a directly authorised brokerage looking for, ideally, an experienced Mortgage Advisor/broker wanting to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing top-notch service and expert financial guidance. You should be a Highley motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is driven by success and achieving results and works well in a collaborative environment. This also provides numerous ways to earn a commission, while giving that extra level of guidance and support to our clients. As a mortgage broker with M.E.C Mortgages you #39;ll play a pivotal role in assisting clients through the mortgage and protection process. Your responsibilities will include: * Proactively generate new business from new and existing clients * Support in every aspect of buying a home from offering on a the property to completion * Conduct client meetings either face to face/in office or remotely * Identify financial solutions giving full advice for both mortgage and protection * Exceed business plan and goals, generating a six figure salary * Collaborate with lead generators for maximum business * Coordinate with lenders for suitable products and to generate offers * Ensure compliant documentation per FCA and company guidelines The Person: * CEMAP qualified, (or equivalent) or hold Competency Advisor Status (CAS) * Be driven and motivated by reward and success * Have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence * We holds strong values that are the foundation of how we treat our clients and employees, and the candidate should demonstrate matching values. This is a self employed role with the potential to earn a six figure salary (uncapped). Please note the whole team is in the office Wednesday and Fridays and this role will be expected to do the same where possible * Advertising and social media support via our in house social media team * Commercial, bridging and development finance training and support, with access to a large panel
