My client, a highly regarded Top 100 law firm, are seeking a driven Commercial Property Senior Associate or Partner to join their esteemed team in Brighton. They are a full-service firm with the Real Estate team consisting of over 80 experts across multiple offices based in the Southeast and London. The department advises on every facet of commercial real estate, spanning routine transactions to intricate matters. To be successful in this role you must: Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 5+ PQE in Commercial Real Estate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate, managing priorities and meeting deadlines. Competent IT skills.
