Key Responsibilities: * Lead product innovation projects, from concept to market testing, collaborating with suppliers, academic partners, and internal teams. * Develop prototype recipes that demonstrate new ingredient applications across product categories. * Ensure that projects align with the company #39;s science strategy and long-term sustainability goals. * Conduct product testing, including sensory evaluations, consumer feedback, analytical tests, and shelf-life assessments. * Represent Product Innovation at industry events and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and academic institutions. Qualifications and Experience: * A-levels required, degree in a Science discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food, Nutrition) preferred. * Experience in product development within the food/drinks or FMCG industry. * Academic or applied research experience (e.g., MSc/PhD) is an advantage.
