Account Manager Salary: GBP25,000-GBP35,000 DOE plus GBP12k commission minimum Location Aylesford Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm My well established drainage client who has recently become a part of a franchise is looking to expand their team and recruit an Account Manager who is looking for a fast paced environment where you will never fall short of duties to complete. My client has made GBP15Million profit in the last year and thrive throughout the colder and wetter periods of the year. This role will require for you to come from the water industry or building services. Your day to day will be around chasing estimating quotes that have been sent to clients, managing the existing customers worth GBP4million and upselling other services my client can support them with and generating new business from non key accounts setting them up on servicing contracts. Duties of the Account Manager : - Handling the web leads and following these up with quotes and negotiating works. - Managing the existing clients and upselling other services my clients does. - Re-new contracts and keeping that existing business flowing throughout. - Generating business from non key accounts and signing them up to servicing contracts. - Managing the CRM system and updating with relevant details. - Chasing quotes sent out by the service team to ensure the business is won. - Liaising with senior management with weekly reports on growth and potential leads upcoming. Requirements and experience of this Account Manager: - Strong Administration experience - Strong and effective communication methods - Someone who prefers to pick up the phone than chase things over email - Bubbly personality with character is needed - Analytical mindset, good with numbers - Strong IT skills - Upselling experience is highly desired - Is motivated to hit company targets to help grow business from their CRM basis To be considered for this Account Manager role based in Aylesford, APPLY or call El on (phone number removed) OPT 2.
