Site Manager - CAT B Commercial Fit Out Newcastle Full Time | Monday to Friday | 7:30-16:00 2 months Rate is negotiable depending on experience Search are currently working in partnership with a Design Build and Fit-Out Contractor who work across the UK. Due to increased workload they are looking for a No1 Site Manager to oversee a Commercial Fit-Out project in Newcastle. The scope of works will include; Partitioning, Mechanical Electrical, Installation of Flooring, Office Furniture and Audio Visual Packages. Key Responsibilities * Management of the entire project right through to completion. * Coordinate with stakeholders, and subcontractors for seamless project execution. * Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. * Conduct tool box talks issue permits * Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental Quality standards. * Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving on-site. Requirements * Extensive experience of managing Cat B Fit Out projects as No 1 on site. * Excellent Leadership, IT Written Communication skills * A sound knowledge of Health Safety Regulations * SMSTS * First Aid * CSCS Remuneration This is a freelance position engaged through Search Consultancy.
