The Chartered Fire Engineer #39;s Role In this pivotal role, the Chartered Fire Engineer will collaborate closely with the Head of Fire Engineering. The position offers a dynamic array of responsibilities, from leading and mentoring junior engineers to managing effective team dynamics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the latest fire compliance regulations and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing industry standards, ensuring the consultancy remains at the forefront of fire safety engineering. The Chartered Fire Engineer Will: Have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Fire Engineering, marked by significant contributions and expertise. Be a Chartered Engineer in fire or actively working towards it, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence and development. Possess a strong educational background in Fire Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, critical for developing robust technical and analytical abilities. Demonstrate effective leadership and team management skills, evidencing the capacity to inspire, lead, and develop the consultancy #39;s talent. Be proficient in FREAW #39;s (Pas 9980), with a solid track record in leading client-facing engagements and projects, illustrating outstanding communication and project management prowess. Have extensive experience across the Residential, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors, providing a deep understanding of these key areas and the ability to navigate their specific challenges and opportunities.
