Position: School Administrator Location: London Borough of Enfield Salary: GBP23,568 - GBP25,876 per annum Start Date: Immediate Smart Teachers are looking for a dynamic and reliable School Administrator to support administrative functions in a lovely, mainstream secondary school based in the heart of Enfield This is a full time position which starts immediately Please note the school are only considering applicants with school-based Admin experience whether in a Primary, Secondary School or College. What #39;s involved: Someone who can take minutes very well Welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries Answering the phone Administration relating to pupils Data entry Using a database or management information system Taking minutes and notes from meetings Managing email/post Using various IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters Keeping paper and electronic records up to date Using reprographic equipment Sending key educational data about the school to the Department of Education and/or other external agencies Skills and experience needed: Someone who can take minutes very well Excellent spoken and written communication skills Methodical and well-organised Confidence with figures and data entry Good ICT skills Able to relate well with pupils, teachers and parents Able to prioritise work Sensitivity and understanding To be flexible and open to change To be thorough, work accurately and pay attention to detail About us The Edwin Group is a Top 10 UK-employer in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023.
