Pertemps are currently seeking an experienced Attendance Administrator to play a pivotal role in a large secondary Academy in Enfield working with a friendly team to provide outstanding attendance. The school: The large school is an oversubscribed inclusive mixed secondary school in Enfield split across 2 campuses. A real community school with very high expectations of pupils and staff alike. They are part of a Trust that oversees 4 other secondary schools, a primary school and new SEN school in Norh London. They offer training and development to all staff to ensure excellent career development. The school also has parking onsite as well as excellent transport links. The role: As an Attendance Administrator you will be crucial to the smooth running of the Academy, who believe in the inclusion and success of all its students. With over 1800 pupils you will work alongside the Attendance Manager and other team member to ensure every pupil is supported. This is a busy role and requires someone with excellent administrative skills. You will be expected to track attendance and punctuality and liaise with pupils, staff members and parents where necessary. You need to possess strong relationship skills to do so. What rsquo;s on offer? As an Attendance Administrator the daily rate would be GBP120.00 - GBP135.00 per day depending on experience. This is a full-time role, (37 hours per week) term time only. The post is to start asap on a temp to perm basis. What are we looking for? A strong background in administration Experience working in a school, ideally with SIMS Organised and resilient A good team player Passionate about welfare Current DBS on the update service 2 references covering the past 2 years.
