The Role As a mechanical maintenance team leader, your responsibilities will include: Being hands on 80% hands on ndash; reacting to breakdowns, conducting planned maintenance and getting stuck into projects Fault finding mechanically on hydraulics, pneumatics conveyors, shafts and other mechanical components 20% hands off work involving managing a small team of engineers Requirements A successful mechanical engineering team leader will have: An NVQ level 3 or equivalent in mechanical engineering Previous supervisory / management experience An extensive background in mechanical engineering / manufacturing Great communication skills Benefits You will receive the following benefits as a mechanical maintenance team leader: An attractive salary of over GBP52k!
