Senior transport planner

SENIOR TRANSPORT PLANNER - GREATER MANCHESTER - PERMANENT - GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 ARM are working with a growing consultancy practice with a global reach. They have recently open a Transport Planning department in the North West and recruiting for a Senior Transport Planner to join the practice in Manchester. About You: * You will be an experienced Transport Planner either at a Senior level or ready to work at that level. * You will have experience and knowledge of the application of local and national policies, as well as guidance for transport planning. * Knowledge of Linsig, TRACC (or similar) and Junctions 9 (or newer) would be preferable. * Your experience will include highways schemes and other transport planning activities. What you will be doing: This position will be reporting to the Associate Transport Planner and will be focusing on transport schemes in the North West of England. This could include master planning, site appraisals, junction modelling and much more. This position is based in Central Manchester and working hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The office is close to public transport links and there is parking (charged) locally also.
