TSA Surveying are actively representing a property consultant who are looking to appoint an individual to work within their Quality Control team. Predominantly, our client is a multi-disciplinary practice who employ architects, engineers, and related construction disciplines. They are looking to expand their services as they have come to the forefront with today rsquo;s fast paced construction market. They have recognised that in recent high-profile cases a lack of inspection during construction has caused major issues. As a result of this, they #39;re seeking a technical individual with a sharp eye for detail to drive quality focus. As part of their plans and strategic development for this year, their overall objective is to protect the interests of the Employer throughout the construction process, whilst ensuring works are carried out in accordance with the contract. The selected individual will work closely with an Associate and be responsible for driving quality focus and growth across education, commercial and residential projects alongside being proactive with Building regulations and safety. The consultant supports your participation in professional training courses alongside an attractive salary. Key Responsibilities of the role include: * Fulfilling contractual duties as NEC Supervisor as required by projects under NEC contracts. * Serving as the client #39;s representative on-site, providing regular updates on quality standards verbally and through weekly reports. * Reviewing drawings to ensure adherence to specifications, promptly addressing any discrepancies. * Monitoring project progress against the contractual program. * Reporting health and safety concerns and overseeing their resolution by the site management team. * Identifying and addressing defects until rectified.
