Job role: Maintenance Engineer Salary: GBP38,000-GBP40,000 DOE Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Hours: 7.30-17.00 Mon to Thurs, 12.00 finish Friday Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Company: Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established, market leading firm based in Wellingborough on their search for an experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join their team. Our client has been established for over 60 years and are now looking for an engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join the team. The Benefits: middot; Salary between GBP38,000-GBP40,000 dependent on experience middot; 33 days holiday including bank holidays middot; Annual bonus scheme - up to 10% (based on company AND personal performance) middot; Pension Scheme middot; Ongoing commitment to training and progression middot; On-site parking The Role: middot; Electrical Mechanical fault finding rectification on packaging and manufacturing machinery. middot; Conducting planned preventative maintenance on an array of manufacturing machinery. middot; Minimise machine downtime by servicing and maintaining machinery effectively and efficiently. middot; Suggest plans and ideas to improve machine and process capability, using continuous improvement methodologies where required. middot; Offer assistance and training to lesser skilled staff to aid with preventative maintenance. middot; Complete and maintain neat documentation and service record to ensure all date is correct. middot; Follow and adhere to company Health Safety policies. The Requirements: middot; Minimum 5 years worth of experience as an engineer within a manufacturing environment (essential) middot; Multi-skilled engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias (essential) middot; Proven mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities in a manufacturing environment (essential) middot; Relevant mechanical/electrical Qualifications (City Guilds/NVQs/17th/18th edition) - advantageous middot; In depth understanding of fault finding/diagnostics on manufacturing machinery middot; Full UK Drivers Licence Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance IT, Technical Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
