Job Title ndash; Maintenance Engineer Location ndash; Wellingborough, NN8 4PE Salary ndash; GBP43,500 - GBP50,500 DOE plus a shift disturbance allowance of GBP2080 plus an expected on call allowance of GBP3250 (based on 13 rotations in a year). Duration ndash; Permanent / Full Time Hours ndash; 2 shift rotation ndash; 6am ndash; 2.30pm / 1.30pm ndash; 10pm Monday to Friday ndash; 40 hours per week (Call out between 10pm ndash; 6am Monday to Friday and Weekends (48 hours) on a 4 weekly rota) Sector ndash; Engineering Are you a qualified maintenance Engineer with experience working with production machinery? As a Maintenance Engineer at VEKA Recycling, your role will involve collaborating with a team to improve production operations. You will achieve this by conducting regular planned maintenance and working closely with engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruptions during unplanned breakdowns. Interested? What we need you to bring to the team: * Experience working with production process machinery, e.g. granulators, belt conveyors, hammermills, extrusion machines, colour separators. * PLC operation and fault finding. * Up to Level 3 qualified Engineering. * Electrical installation of plant ndash; reading of equipment schematics (Electrical-biased Engineer). * Passionate about continuous improvement.
