Recruitment Account Manager Peterborough GBP22,000 - GBP35,000 DOE Coulter Elite Resourcing is an independent recruitment consultancy supplying permanent and contract personnel from office junior through to the highest levels of management both locally and nationally. To keep up with our continued growth and expansion within our commercial division we are now looking to appoint a Recruitment Account Manager based our office in Peterborough to support our existing client base. You will be a driven individual who has a passion for relationship building and is excited at the prospect of changing people rsquo;s lives. Although recruitment experience is desirable, it is not essential, and we are open to talking with someone who is looking for a change of career. Job Specification * You will be working alongside a close knit team of dedicated commercial recruiters. * You will manage existing relationships within the current business and help them to recruitment across their vacancies. * Build strong rapport with clients and candidates, strengthening existing relationships. * Throughout the year you will be expected to carry out client meetings to help strengthen existing relationships. * Engage with candidates daily, using a variety of sourcing tools to highlight, select and interview relevant candidates for client vacancies. * Full training is provided in-house, helping you build the skills to master a new industry.
