Responsibilities: * Act as the Managers support. * Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth. * Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence. * Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed. You will require: * Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role. * At least 1 years #39; experience of Senior Support Work in a Childrens Residential setting. * Ofsted Experience.
