We have a new and exciting role as Regional Operations Manager covering a number of brand new Children #39;s Residential Homes due to open in Wiltshire. This is a unique opportunity to support Horizon Care and Education on a new journey as we open the homes and to welcome Children and Young people into the home. What will you do? As Regional Operations Manager, you will be a key player within the senior management team. You will lead, develop, and guide the local management teams to deliver quality therapeutic care and support, ensuring that you are always a role model. You will lead on regional, organisational, and business targets, ensuring all specified KPIs are achieved. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven, motivated, and highly professional registered manager who is seeking to make a move into a senior management role. Alternatively, you could be a competent area or regional manager who is looking to work for a forward-thinking provider. What we #39;re looking for from you: Your experience: You have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above. Your competence: You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children #39;s and Young People #39;s Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People #39;s Services. Your focus: You pay attention to detail and never compromise on quality because you know that focusing on the success of small things can add up to have a really big positive impact. Your commitment: You #39;re passionate that children and young people should have equal opportunities, a voice that should be heard and they should be enabled to create their own bright futures. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
