The Role of the NOC Engineer /Network Engineer In the service desk management team the NOC Engineer we are looking for will be the first point of escalation for both internal and end users and customer base across a portfolio of enterprise and security networking products.You will work as part of a team to support and identify issues affecting customer systems and services, then perform 1st/2nd line diagnosis with a view to resolution. The competencies that are essential to be successful in this role In order to be able to support this dynamic end user base as a NOC Engineer, its key that you are experienced within the following areas: * Cisco CCNA Certification - Strong Desirable * ITIL v4 Foundation certification or good knowledge of ITIL processes - Nice to have * Good Understanding of troubleshooting within Cisco IOS * Ability to create support VPNs * Passionate about providing exceptional customer service * Willing attitude to learn develop technical knowledge The Company at a further glance As an evolving and forward thinking network solutions provider that has grown from its original family routes, this business is in a new phase of growth.
