Recruitment consultant

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading executive search firm in their search for a new consultant to join the team. This position is unique as you are given a free rein to work on roles in sectors that you have experience in/interest you most. They really are an incredibly supportive team who actively help develop you on your recruitment journey. DAY TO DAY: * Sourcing speaking with candidates for roles * Proactively searching for new roles * Researching particular sectors in detail * Calling prospective clients as well as existing clients * Accepting briefs and actioning accordingly * Confidently manging salary discussions between client and candidate * Liaising with the team to help wherever you can WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: * Highly competent reliable * 1 years recruitment consultant experience * An excellent communicator * A real team player but able to easily work independently * Drive and passion to succeed * Natural sales skills * Have strong time management skills Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum depending on experience If you have previous within recruitment with great conversational skills we would love to hear from you! This role does require you to be in the office so a car (and driving license!) is required due to their location
