Job description Location: Flax Bourton : South Bristol / North Somerset We have recently moved to a fantastic new office at Farleigh Court in Flax Bourton. With ample free parking and only a 10-minute drive to Bristol City Centre. This is an ideal location for someone commuting from South Bristol or North Somerset. About Us: ITS Building People in Bristol are a well-established Construction recruitment agency with 50 years rsquo; experience supplying Trades, Labour Management staff on a Temporary Permanent basis. We are looking to develop our business and are actively searching for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Trades Labour team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join an already established team. The Job Role: You will be part of a busy, fast paced sales team establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for winning new business alongside managing existing business accounts, using various techniques including outbound calls, local site visits, marketing, advertising using social media. You will be assigning construction labourers and tradespeople to projects throughout Bristol, utilising an extensive database of candidates whilst working alongside our team of consultants. What we are looking for: * Experience within a Recruitment Consultant or Sales position is preferred but not essential. * Knowledge of the construction industry would be useful, but also not essential. * Ambitious and great work ethic. * Target driven, competitive, motivated by success. * Suitable to working in a fast paced environment. * Organised with good time management. Can multi-task and plan/prioritise workload. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Must have a valid UK driving licence.
