Key Requirements: Experience working with autistic individuals in an educational or care setting. Understanding of autism spectrum disorder and familiarity with strategies for supporting autistic learners. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and families. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students in a dynamic environment. Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent, preferred but not essential.
