EYFS Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Provide individualized support to children, ensuring their holistic development across all areas. Assist in the planning and preparation of age-appropriate learning materials and activities. Foster a safe and inclusive environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor children #39;s progress and address any concerns. Promote positive behaviour management techniques, fostering independence and self-regulation. Utilize your creativity and initiative to enhance the learning experiences of our EYFS learners. Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching Learning in schools or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare Education or equivalent. Desirable: First aid training, child protection certification, and evidence of continuous professional development.
