EYFS Practitioner Responsibilities: Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that supports children #39;s physical, emotional, and cognitive development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Plan and deliver a range of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and discovery, fostering children #39;s curiosity and creativity. Build positive relationships with children and families, providing regular feedback on children #39;s progress and involving parents/carers in their child #39;s learning journey. Observe children #39;s interests, strengths, and areas for development, using observations to inform planning and tailor activities to meet individual needs and interests. Support children #39;s social and emotional development, encouraging independence, resilience, and positive relationships with peers and adults. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate records, complete assessments, and contribute to the overall planning and evaluation of the EYFS provision.Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and Education, CACHE Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, or equivalent. Experience working within an early years setting, preferably within a UK school or nursery. Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and statutory requirements for early years education.
