Building services manager

I am looking for a M E/Building Services Manager to work for one of the UK #39;s leading contractors specialising in providing construction on an exciting job in Guildford. You will be part of the MEP team working on a GBP10M M E package covering a commercial project in Guildford You will be tasked with providing expertise on preconstruction, design and delivery of services carrying out the full project coordination and management of M E services from inception through to installation and handover. Preferably degree educated or a minimum HND level in a relevant field with a good level of experience working for at least 7 years within main contracting. A bias towards Mechanical engineering with a good understanding of Electrical installations would be desirable. The role will include the coordination of the installation of Mechanical and Electrical services and management of on-site M E Sub-contractors. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
