Monday -Friday Overview: Our client, is a growing business in Guildford and currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Key Account Manager on a temporary fixed term contract. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring their satisfaction while driving the uptake of our platform. With your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, you will play a vital role in achieving revenue targets and collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities: Manage and build relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they maximise the value of our products and services. Identify upselling opportunities to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular business reviews and provide advice on best practises. Contribute to adhoc projects as required.Skills/ Experience: Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or similar role. Track record of achieving revenue and retention targets. Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain customer relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on managing customer expectations. Experience in the care sector is highly desirable.
