KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Senior Project Engineer, Chemicals Process Project Engineer - Mechanical, Electrical The Front-End Engineering Design Studies will include creation of documentation and tasks including: middot; Process Flow Drawings (PFDs) middot; Plant Capacity Calculations middot; Mass Balance Drawings middot; P IDs middot; Plant Layouts middot; General Arrangement Drawings middot; Utilities Requirements middot; HAZOP studies middot; Controls and Automation philosophy middot; Interpretation and development of Client design requirements for bid process and contract stage Tender Package and Specifications requiring creation of the following: middot; Tender Work Packages middot; Equipment Specifications middot; Supplier meetings and selection Installation Commissioning requiring creation of documentation and related activities: middot; Producing FAT and SAT documents middot; Producing Installation and Commissioning schedules middot; Completing commissioning checks middot; Coordinating training for end user middot; Manage sub-contractors and main suppliers; supervision of installation and commissioning of plant and equipment. middot; Planning and scheduling of equipment to site middot; Hand over and training of the client rsquo;s operators PERSON SPECIFICATION: Senior Project Engineer, Chemicals Process Project Engineer - Mechanical, Electrical Ideally, you will have the following characteristics and experiences: middot; Formal qualification in any relevant engineering discipline middot; Previous track record of hands-on project engineering experience in related industry middot; Chemical industry process knowledge, understanding and the ability to convert to design and specs middot; P ID experience middot; Report writing and presentation skills middot; Experience of Microsoft Project middot; Knowledge of pipe work, pumps, valves, platforms, powder handling, liquid handling systems middot; Flexible approach to work; able to work weekends and shutdowns, as required OUR COMPANY: We are a stable, internationally-renowned enterprise with a long heritage of quality in innovation leadership and operations across several continents.
