Role: Credit Controller Shifts: Dayshift Monday to Friday Duration: 12 months Maternity cover Location: Newcastle Salary: Up to 30k Depending on experience Are you ready to take the helm of our financial stability? The Role: As our Credit Controller, you will be at the forefront of managing our credit and collections processes. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments Chasing overdue invoices and resolving payment discrepancies Assessing credit risk and setting credit limits for new and existing customers Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing issue Providing regular reports on accounts receivable status Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsExperience Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software Attention to detail and a results-driven mindsetKelly Services are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this role.
