We rsquo;re looking for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, to lead and mentor, manage, and motivate a team or teams of mechanical design engineers and draughtspeople. You rsquo;ll be working on designing ejection seats and their related components and supporting equipment, to fit various military aircraft. This will include carrying out performance and structural calculations, producing 3D models and supporting documentation as part of development and sustainment projects, as well as mentoring the team.
