Customer service coordinator

Sales Coordinator - Residential New Build Properties St Austell Day to day: Working with the whole team to deliver great customer service to potential customers Liaise with Solicitors, estate Agents etc on a daily basis Support the Senior Sales Marketing Coordinator on various tasks To be expected to work occasional evenings and weekends, when required to implement open days and launch weekends To report into project, build-sales and sales meetings for responsible schemes Maintain and promote company Health and Safety standards Requirements: Experience working in a simular role either in estate agency or new build (preferable) Good customer service skills Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable Good telephone manner Able to work as part of a team Driving licence to get to various sites Good IT knowledge e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook Knowledge and understanding of how the legal conveyancing and property sales progression works Benefits: 27 days holiday + bank holidays Hybrid working available Permanent position This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy builder on a permanent basis and use your customer service skills building a stable career in Cornwall.
