Learning support assistant

A special needs school in Chelmsford for students with complex learning difficulties are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join them on a short term basis. The school believes that each child deserves the best possible opportunities during their time at the school and has high expectations for their students to enable them to maximise their potential. The school aims to equip each individual who leaves them with the skills they need to lead as fulfilled and as independent adult life as appropriate. The right LSA must come from a background of working with SLD and PMLD. You must have a resilience and passion for working with students with SEND. This role is on a PERMANENT basis.
