Rents Administrator Permanent Chesterfield, Derbyshire GBP24,238 per annum increasing with increments to GBP27,617 per annum Sellick Partnership are assisting a Housing association with the recruitment of a Rents Administrator to join their Admin support team based within the Chesterfield area Daily duties of the Rents Administrator consist of: To be responsible for providing a professional, telephone-based income collection service for customers who are in arrears Administrate the process of rent collection in line with the clients #39; policies and procedures ensuring all enforcement is proportionate, reasonable, accurate and timely Conduct desk top assessments to understand arrears risk, support needs, impacting vulnerabilities and contact customers to promote arrears prevention and early intervention for both existing and new tenancies Adhere to all pre-court protocols including regular customer contact, offering, and signposting to support and advice, the completion of Equality Impact Assessments and making recommendations for Court applications Issue and assist in the completion of income and expenditure forms where this may provide help customers improve their financial managementThe successful Rent Administrator will possess: General admin experience Experience of working in a housing, debt, credit control or data management Knowledge of the housing sector (preferred)If you believe you are well suited to the role of the Rent Administrator please apply now, for more information then please contact Josh Meek at Sellick Partnership Derby Sellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
