Hr and social value administrator

The HR and Social Value Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and People solutions department and ensuring compliance with social value initiatives within the rail industry. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, HR support functions, and a focus on implementing and tracking social value initiatives. Responsibilities: HR Administration: middot; Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. middot; Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. middot; Support the Group Head of HR in organising training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs. middot; Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. middot; Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary letters. Social Value Initiatives: middot; Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement social value strategies aligned with the rail industry #39;s objectives. middot; Research and identify opportunities for community engagement, diversity initiatives, and environmental sustainability programs. middot; Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social value, including metrics on community impact, diversity hiring, and environmental stewardship. middot; Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on social value activities for internal and external stakeholders. middot; Participate in industry forums and working groups focused on promoting social responsibility within the rail sector. Compliance and Documentation: middot; Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to HR practices and social value initiatives. middot; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR management and corporate social responsibility. middot; Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory filings, audits, and certifications related to HR and social value activities.
