Customer service advisor legal

We are working with a fantastic legal firm based near Cheltenham who are looking for a Customer Advisor to join their successful company. You will provide excellent customer service and administration support to the Conveyancing department. To be considered for the role, you rsquo;ll require the following essentials: Excellent communication skills written and verbal Hold previous experience within a administration role or customer focused environment ideally within the legal sector Work well under pressure and be highly organised Be confident speaking with clients either on the phone or face to face Demonstrate an understanding of sales within the legal sector General computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, you rsquo;ll be: Liaising with clients via phone and face to face Working within a fast paced environment Updating the CRM system with relevant information Updating the filing system and open/ close files Postal duties including preparing parcels for dispatching General office duties such as filing and photocopying Providing an excellent customer service Salary Working Hours GBP23000 per annum p/a DOE Monday ndash; Friday 9am ndash; 5pm Company pension Employee referral bonus 33 days holiday per year On-site parking Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
