Parts Advisor Cheltenham Competitive Salary Our client is recruiting for a Parts Advisor who can support their busy operation, someone who can deliver the best aftermarket support to their customers! Parts Advisor Roles and Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls, dealing with customers in a professional manner * Ensure all warranty parts are returned, (clean tagged) stored, packaged dispatched * Support the team leader to ensure the departments parts sales are to target * Process orders invoice out all parts * Goods inwards process management, monitor stock levels, report investigate any discrepancies * To raise escalate parts shortage or delay in delivery * Responsible for packing and sending requested parts on a courier service * Work with colleagues to ensure departmental cover The ideal Parts Advisor will: * Have experience with Customer Relationship Management * Be able to maximise sales levels in calls * Similar experience would be beneficial but full training is provided * Customer Relationship Management experience would be beneficial Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 27 years.
