Pastry Chef de Partie Location: Burgh Island (Live-in accommodation is available, subject to availability. This starts at GBP25.00 per week.) Island life brings with it several challenges in terms of location and working hours. This is a unique opportunity for a Pastry Chef (Chef de Partie or Commis Chef) to join its brigade.
