Mechanical project manager

JOB TITLE: Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Manager LOCATION: Wakefield - hybrid working (2 days/week required in office) SALARY: GBP50 - GBP60k + bonus, car/car allowance, pension, hybrid working CONTACT: Kerry Hayes JOB INFORMATION - Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Manager As a Mechanical Project Manager/HVAC Project Manager the role will involve working under the Contracts Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget You will provide oversight on programming, budget control and health and safety to established site teams. Due to the nature of the role strong administration skills are also a must. Project managing multiple mechanical installations to the value of GBP30k - GBP1.5m from inception to completion. Overseeing up to 3/4 installs at one time for mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems Lead all aspects of Project Team functions (Project execution plan, Risk Commercial Success, Financials, Processes, HSEQS, Stakeholder Management, Project Administration, Design Management Project Close Out)COMPANY INFORMATION - Mechanical Project Manager /HVAC Project Manager Ambitious and growing company specialising in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering including the Medical Sector/Schools/Retail/Commercial/Leisure Close working relationships with high profile clients. CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Manager Recognised industry qualifications for example: degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, commercial heating acs, plumbing and heating ity and guilds Have a qualification of competence of SMSTS. Have a current CSCS card, ideally equal to competence such as a black card or technical person Experience of working within a similar role as a mechanical project manager / hvac project manager with demonstrable experience of overseeing multiple contracts at any one time. You must be proficient with MS Office packages including Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential The ability to work to deadlines and meet targets, excellent commercial acumen is essential, as are strong leadership skills.
