Project Co-ordinator Wakefield, West Yorkshire GBP25,000 + Bonus + Benefits My client is a growing professional engineering consultancy based in Lofthouse, they provide practical, elegant and economical design solutions for building and infrastructure projects to a range of commercial and public sector clients. They are looking for a highly organised Project Co-ordinator who is able to multitask with ease. Your role will primarily be to support the Directors, Office Manager and Engineers in the day-to-day management of their projects by maintaining internal database controls, scheduling work for engineers, liaising with third parties to schedule external works and ensuring that deadlines on all project deliverables are met. The role also includes various general administrative responsibilities including booking travel and accommodation for engineers away on site surveys, answering phone calls from clients, liaising with sub-contractors, control of the fleet cars, and assisting the Office Manager where necessary. You will be expected to play a part wherever possible in the smooth running of the business. The ideal candidate must therefore have project co-ordination experience, ideally gained within a busy and professional environment, experience of diary management or scheduling, exceptional attention to detail and good experience with MS Excel and MS Word. You will have the ability to build good internal and external working relationships and get people organised, be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative and have the desire to make a difference to the success of the business. The remuneration on offer for this full-time, permanent, office based role is GBP25,000 + Bonus + Benefits, the holiday entitlement is 24 days a year and the working week is 37.5 hours, to be worked Monday to Friday.
