Remote - Based anywhere in the UK. Applause IT are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join a growing dynamic content and digital marketing agency. Working with clients spanning B2B SaaS startups, tech-for-good companies, and nonprofits/charities, the agency sustains a strong foothold in the thriving US and UK/EU markets. As part of your role as Growth Marketing Manager, you #39;ll lead the development of strategies aimed at boosting growth for the agency #39;s clients through social campaigns and website projects. Collaborating closely with the design team, you #39;ll ensure that branding and website initiatives align seamlessly with future marketing endeavours. Additionally, you #39;ll analyse website data and conduct market and competitor research to inform the optimisation of user journeys and functionality. This role will also see you working closely with the content team, offering strategic guidance for non-SEO content. You #39;ll leverage conversion data to shape the team #39;s SEO strategy, ensuring ongoing growth for the agency #39;s clients. As the primary driver of Growth Marketing initiatives, you #39;ll oversee the execution of all strategic performance marketing endeavours. This may involve personally crafting campaigns or supervising a team of freelancers to ensure their creation. The successful Growth Marketing Manager should: Demonstrate extensive expertise in digital marketing, encompassing a comprehensive grasp of all digital channels, and stay abreast of the latest trends in growth marketing. Exhibit a data-driven approach to marketing, adept at harnessing diverse data sources to shape digital marketing strategies. Display excellent organisational abilities, capable of thriving under tight deadlines.
