Teaching assistant

Have you ever wanted to work with struggling students? Do you have experience working with vulnerable young people? We are currently working with an alternative provision in Bristol, who are looking to recruit full-time teaching assistants. You would be working with students who have struggled in a mainstream setting and are looking to make significant changes in their education. You will play a crucial role in supporting these students through their education. The school itself offers an inclusive alternative to mainstream education, working with students who have a variety of needs, both SEMH and SEND. Students have access to outstanding facilities, both off and onsite. Their education comprises of both academic and vocational studies in order to fully prepare them for the next stage in their education and life. What are we looking for? Based in Bristol You must have a clean driving licence and access to a car. English and Maths GCSE at grade C or equivalent. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. You must have a passion for working with those with additional needs. An outgoing personality and ability to adapt to new situations.Why should you work with Randstad?
