My client is looking for a care driven candidate with at least 3 years #39; experience as a Home Manager or 4 Years as Deputy Manager, a hand over can be provided to set up the candidate for success. The Candidate The successful candidate must have experience and understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving Overall Good Reports. The company are looking for a candidate that inspires with a positive personality, always wanting to motivate and positively push their team to provide expert nurturing care for its residents, someone who can hit KPI #39;s as well as provide support for colleagues as a point of contact for any concerns. Requirements * 3 Years Nursing Home Manager experience or 4 Years Deputy Experience * RGN or RMN Qualification (Essential) * Experience working within a Small Nursing Home * Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports. * Willing to take on additional Clinical responsibilities. Location The home is based in Leamington spa and is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Southam, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Wellesbourne, Stoneleigh and Kineton.
