This is a stable, compliant home which just needs to be enhanced and taken to the next level. This role would suit an RGN Home Manager with at least 3 years experience or a Deputy Manager looking for a step up opportunity with a minimum of 4 years experience that is passionate about care and has experience successfully within the care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
